Ingredients:
  • 1 700mL pack LADY’S CHOICE REAL MAYONNAISE
  • 1 200g pack salad macaroni
  • 1/3 cup minced carrots
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup pickle relish
  • 1/3 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/3 cup pineapple tidbits, drained and diced (reserve juice)
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup cheese, cut into small dice
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • fine iodized salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook Royal Salad Macaroni according to pack directions. Set aside and let it cool.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise and cooked Royal Salad Macaroni.
  4. Season according to taste. Chill before serving.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2lb elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, finely diced
  • 1/4-1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
  • handful of chopped parsley
  • 2 green onions, sliced

For the dressing

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condesed milk
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 coleman’s dry mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Start by boiling the macaroni in a large pot of salted water, until it’s cooked through. I like cooking it a little bit softer than I would for a hot pasta dish, because it does toughen in the fridge when chilled.
  2. While the pasta is cooking. Prep all your veggies and add it a bowl. I finely diced some celery,1/4 red pepper and yellow pepper, some carrots and a quarter of a large red onion.
  3. For the dressing, in a seperate bowl measure out the mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, apple cider vinegar, paprika, mustard powder and cayenne pepper.
  4. Stir everything together well until you have a smooth and creamy dressing.
  5. Once the macaroni is cooked, drain and rinse it under cold water to stop it from cooking any further and cool it down.
  6. Drain the excess water and add the macaroni to the big bowl of veggies and mix it all together well.
  7. Pour the as much of the dressing over the top of the macaroni and veggies as you would like and mix it until everything is coated in the sweet and creamy dressing.
  8. Garnish the salad with some fresh chopped parsley and finely sliced green onion and chill the salad covered, for a couple hours or overnight in the fridge.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces lasagna noodles

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Lightly brown beef, onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, basil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Cook lasagna as directed on box; drain.
  3. In 13x9x2 baking pan, spread about 1 cup sauce. Then alternate layers of lasagna, sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; ending with sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350: for 40-50 minutes. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.

We’ve all had this crazy craving for the so-called ‘white spaghetti’. Imagine sitting on a couch with Carbonara in a bowl while watching TV. One of the perfect comfort foods, really.

Usually though, chicken is used for this dish as how the Romans made it popular. But we offer you a recipe that is healthier and tastier! With the use of tuna for less calories, and parsley for that extra taste into the dish, your regular Carbonara has never tasted this good before. Try this recipe now!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo Spaghetti or Fettuccine pasta (you can use any pasta)
  • 2 cans tuna solid in oil (184 grams per can)
  • 1 medium size can Nestle cream
  • 1 tsp. magic sarap
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 50 grams butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1 liter water for cooking the pasta
  • 1 small can button mushroom, sliced
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 (370ml) can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a deep pot put the 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Then add salt and cooking oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  3. Put the Spaghetti or Fettuccine and cook according to the instruction on the package.
  4. Stir the pasta from time to time to avoid the pasta sticking on the bottom of the pot.
  5. Check if the pasta is already cooked and tender, firm but not hard (al dente).
  6. Then drain the water from the pasta and fill the pot with tap water to prevent the pasta from overcooking.
  7. Drain the water again and pour the pasta in a colander or strainer to remove the excess water.
  8. Let it drain for a few minutes then transfer to a Tupperware or any container that can hold the pasta. Set aside.
  9. In a medium size saucepan, in a medium fire, melt the butter and saute onion and garlic until tender then add the sliced mushrooms.
  10. Stir fry the mushrooms until the sides are seared and a little brown.
  11. Then add the tuna and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes and season with magic sarap, salt and pepper.
  12. Add in the milk, water, cheese and nestle cream and stir and simmer until the sauce boils.
  13. Continue stirring until the sauce becomes thick. Add the parsley and stir again for a few seconds. Turn off heat.
  14. Pour the carbonara sauce on top of the Spaghetti or Fettuccine and garnish with parsley and grated cheese.

A lot of us are aware of the delicious white sauce that Carbonara offers. Why not try something new and add Tuna instead of chicken? Not only is it healthier and less calories, Tuna gives you a whole new perspective on Carbonara itself. Having the usual ingredients such as cream and evaporated milk are already expensive itself. You’ll be able to save more by using canned tuna.

Also by adding mushroom and cheese, you’ll have the savory finish of your carbonara. Not a lot are fan of fish, but we assure you that you’ll be craving for more tuna after trying out this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cans (155 grams each) Tuna Chunks in Oil (drained, reserve oil)
  • ⅓ tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • ⅔ cup Canned sliced Mushroom
  • 4 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Grated Lemon Rind (optional)
  • 1 pack (400 grams) Del Monte Spaghetti
  • 2 pouches (200 grams each) Del Monte Carbonara Sauce

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Sauté mushrooms in butter or margarine for 3 minutes, (if using tuna with oil, include oil in sautéing).  Add  tuna and lemon juice, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce and  pasta broth.  Season with salt and pepper  to taste. Cover and simmer over low  heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cheese and lemon rind. Pour over cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti. Top with extra cheese if desired .

Every Filipino loves Jollibee. And one of the dishes that really stole the Filipinos’ hearts is their Spaghetti. Jolly Spaghetti is not your usual Western style spaghetti that has a hint of tanginess but this has that sweet and salty taste to it that Filipinos grew up with.

Here we give you the recipe for a Home-made Jolly Spaghetti, breaking that constant craving and laziness to go to the nearest Jollibee joint. This recipe calls for the cheapest and regular ingredients for Spaghetti, so no need to worry about spending too much just to reminisce the past of perfecting an exam for Jolly Spaghetti. Try this recipe now!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Spaghetti pasta
  • 3 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1 lb. minced ham
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
  • 6 to 8 pieces red hotdogs, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 medium yellow onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a cooking pot.
  3. Saute the garlic and onion.
  4. Add the ham. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Put-in the ground pork. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Pour-in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir and let boil. Simmer for 60 minutes.
  7. Add the hotdogs and tomato paste. Stir and cook for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  8. Put-in the sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  9. Arrange the spaghetti pasta in an individual plate. Pour the meat sauce over the pasta and top with cheese.
  10. Serve. Share and enjoy!

We all have to admit, the long and painstakingly process doesn’t make up for the flying seconds that we eat it. It’s delicious but some of us aren’t the most patient people.

So put your phones down, and don’t even think about ordering a take-out, because we’ve got the easy way of cooking Lasagna. And one more thing to add to this excitement building up, you don’t have to boil the noodles and worry about carefully layering them so they won’t tear. Don’t waste this excitement and try this recipe now!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1L spaghetti sauce
  • 1kg cottage cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 cup water

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt andground black pepper.
  3. To assemble, in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish evenly spread 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture. Cover with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 3/4 cup of the cheese mixture, and 1/4 cup sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add 1/2 cup water to the edges of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in a preheated 175 degrees C oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Derived from the word Carbonaro which literally translates to “charcoal burner”, this hearty dish was thought to be prepared for the charcoal workers in Italy in the past. But for whoever this dish was invented, we are eternally grateful.

This Creamy Carbonara recipe adds a twist to the usual pasta. Served in parties and other events or as a whole meal for the family, you will surely enjoy the celebration with this scrumptious dish around. Try this quick and easy recipe now!

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Fettucine noodles(or any desired pasta)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 250 ml all purpose cream
  • 1 can creamed of mushroom soup
  • 200 grams sweet ham
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, prepare the pasta based on cooking instructions. Set aside.
  2. Fry the bacon but not too crispy. drain and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
  3. Fry the ham, drain and cut into small square pieces. Set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add 3/4 of fried bacon and ham.
  5. Add evaporated milk and creamed mushroom soup.
  6. Add the all purpose cream and grated parmesan cheese. Stir and bring to boil.
  7. Season with ground pepper.
  8. Add more evaporated milk or a cup of water if the sauce is too creamy or salty.
  9. Simmer until beginning to thicken. Remove from heat.
  10. Prepare pasta on pasta tray, top with grated Parmesan cheese together with the remaining bacon and ham bits and chopped parsley.
  11. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 (13 oz) Kielbasa, sliced on a diagonal into coins
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup halved grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ pound Rotini pasta
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the olive oil and swirl to coat the pan.
  2. Add the kielbasa, red pepper, and onion and saute until browned. Add garlic and tomatoes and saute 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken broth, milk, pasta, cayenne pepper (if using), and black pepper. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover, reduce to low, and simmer 12-15 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Remove cover and turn off heat.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.

  •    1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  •     8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
  •     1 tablespoon olive oil
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  •     8 ounces fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
  •     4 ounces pancetta, diced or 4 ounces bacon cut into 1 inch pieces
  •     1 clove garlic, chopped
  •     2 eggs
  •     1/2 cup (2 ounces) parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
  •     plenty of fresh cracked black pepper
  •     salt to taste
  •     1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Toss the cauliflower and mushrooms in the oil, salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in a preheated 400F oven until they start to caramelize, about 20-30 minutes, mixing half way through.
  2. Start cooking the pasta as directed on the package.
  3. Cook the pancetta in a pan, pour off all but a tablespoon of the grease from the pan, add the garlic, cook for 30 second and turn off the heat.
  4. Mix the egg, cheese, pepper and salt and parsley in a bowl.
  5. Drain the cooked pasta reserving some of the water.
  6. Mix the pasta, egg mixture, cauliflower and mushrooms into the pan with the pancetta, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
