Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup oats
- 1 ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 meatloaf mix
- 1/3 cup green chili
- ½ cup milk
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup grape jelly
- ½ cup ketchup
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix loaf ingredients well then shape into a loaf pan.
- Prepare glaze by microwaving grape jelly until liquidized then mix with ketchup.
- Spread glaze evenly over loaf then cook for an hour.
