Quick And Easy Vegetarian Chili Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium Onion — chopped
  • 1 Stalk celery — chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Cooked — drained kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons To 3 tb chili powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute onion and celery in oil until soft.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve or chill several hours and reheat to serve.
