Halaan Adobo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. cooling oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups halaan, shelled
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Peppercorn
  • 1 pc. Bayleaf

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Sauté garlic and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and allow to simmer until cooked.
