Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 cup chilled low fat milk
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
Cooking Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Note: You can always adjust the sweetness and texture of your smoothie to your taste.
