Dijon Brown Sugar Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 2 to 2½-pound filet wild-caught salmon
  • ¾ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Williams-Sonoma Potlatch Seasoning
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400˚.
  2. Rinse & dry the salmon filet. Place the filet, skin-side down, on an aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Set aside.
  3. Mix together the mustard, Potlatch Seasoning & brown sugar.
  4. Slather the mustard-sugar blend all over the salmon.
  5. Roast the salmon 20 minutes. Serve while hot.
