Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef ribs
- 25 gms celery leaves
- 1 pc onion
- 5 gms peppercorns
- 1/2 cup patis (fish sauce)
- oil for deep fying
- garlic rice
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil in water beef ribs together with celery, onion, peppercorns, and patis until tender.
- Discard broth.
- Deep fry beef meat until golden brown.
- Serve with garlic rice and pickled vegetables, vinegar, and soy sauce wit onion dip on the side.
