Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 – 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons relish, sweet or dill
- 2 plum tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick spray
- In a large skillet brown ground beef over medium-high heat, drain well
- Add onion, cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder, pepper and salt.
- Mix in ketchup, mustard and relish, cook for 10 minutes
- Add meat mixture to baking dish, top with chopped tomatoes, cheese and crumpled bacon
- In a bowl whisk together the baking mix, eggs, milk, pour over meat mixture
- Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden and set
